Joy In Singing's Mission is  to promote knowledge and love of classical song literature, assist the careers of recitalists and composers, and cultivate and educate a wider audience in the joy of classical song.

 

We implement our mission by: 
 

• Developing and refining exceptional vocal talent by offering workshops and training in all

      facets of song and song performance, including history, technique, interpretation and deportment.
 

• Supporting and celebrating the art and the artists from every nation through the Joy In Singing

       International Art Song Competition. 
 

• Providing a lifelong art song learning laboratory environment through The Dalton Baldwin Art Song Institute.

• Promoting our Vocal Artists through participation in our Song as a Second Language, and SongSalon programs
